Classic throwback Nelly. When Country Grammar came out I listened to it the whole plane ride to Spain. At the time I thought it was an ill ass record and still do. Its a fun track to spin it still gets a great crowd moving.

AZEALIA BANKS X HUDSON MOHAWKE X NICK HOOK -- JUMANJI -- I DIGG THIS

Azealia Banks has blown up the nightlife scene across the world in a major way since her introduction with her hit track 212. 212 to was a smash hit and became a favorite among DJ's around the world. Everyone has since been looking for what's next. JUMANJI. This infectious track of afro and caribbean beats put together by one of my personal favorites Hudson Mohawke is ear grabbing immediatly. Azealia's vocals, word play and swag give this beat even more character. Its a great collaboration between the artist and the producer.

I think this is a great follow up to 212. Its not to far off from her lead song but displays her ability to take risk and create diversity in her sound. Reminds me a lot of Eve when she did "What Yall Niggas Want" and I say that as a compliment. I'm really looking forward to what else Azealia Banks got brewing.

I also got a link below of a Hudson Mohawke mashup I did awhile back. Check it out. I been a Hudson Mohawke fan for a few years now thanks to A.M. Breakups. I consider them both A.M. and Hudson at the top my list of best and favorite producers of my generation.

Also as crazy as it sounds I do meet people who haven't heard of Azealia Banks yet let alone Hudson Mohawke. If its your first time reading my blog I put some links below to catch you up.

I love this song over all. Its a great flip on the sample and fuck yea for the arpeggio!!!! The video is definitely a cool concept. Plus I'm feeling the whole ol skool playboy Miami vibe.

Rewind: Baby I'm A Star @DJMOS @KISSTHEDEEJAY @LEGENDARYDAMON

Morning to the masses who read this. If you weren't out last night that blows because Baby I'm A Star was live in full effect. The party was jumping like 1999 with DJ MOS and DJ KISS bringing you the tunes that make you dance like no body's watching.

Mr. H was packed and it was filled with tons of love. Donnis @DONNISMUSIC on twitter put on an amazing live performance. What an amazing talent to have in the mix @ Baby I'm A Star. DJ's Kalkutta, Erick La Peau, & Mel Debarge even popped up in the mix to catch the good vibes. The party rocked on well into the early morning hours. 

Legendary Damon was so kind to bless the dance floor with his moves what a character the KING. One of a kind and the definition of original. We had some birthdays in the house also shout outs to @Lamarsswag and DJ Tony C @DJTONYCHRISTIE on twitter. Happy Birthday to both these gentlemen. I'm sure they enjoyed the night. 

The beauty moment of the night was MOS going from Love On Top -- Beyonce in transition to Sweet Love -- Anita Baker; watching the crowd sing they're heart off to Sweet Love at 1:30 AM in the morning can only happen at Baby I'm A Star. An original and unique in every way Baby I'm A Star has been a staple party in NYC night life going on 4 years now. It has held court at 105 Riv, RDV, Gold Bar and now Mister H. A standard in Sound, Fashion, and Lifestyle. Join us every Wednesday at Mister H if you like what you read. The doors open at 11pm. Dress to impress its always more fun when you dress up.
